We are meeting at my house at 4:30 and we can all drive there together. I looked around more today and didn't see anything else I liked that we could get. You know, some shopping centers will not allow certain kinds of businesses. When was the last time you saw a church or tattoo parlor in a Publix or Winn Dixie shopping center? You see what I mean...
The thing is that we will have to sign a year's lease, so we would be here for a year. That is the thing we have to decide--do we want to stay in this place for a year? If so, cool. We could save money and plan for a bigger building, more to our ideal specs, at the end of the year.
