Well, we looked at 3 more places in addition to the one I mentioned, and we found a better one for about the same price. It 1000 sq. ft. for $800, and is on the 1000 block of West Busch Blvd. A church was there until recently. It will need a lot of redecorating, but will be really cool when we are done. There is a place we could put a large sign if the owner concurs. I am going to talk to the owner Monday morning. Jen, Cari, and Ryan have seen the building from the outside, but we have not been into it yet. Jen says she KNOWS it is the right place, and Cari likes it too. (The female opinion is law, as all intelligent men know.) I don't disagree; I just want to see the back area first. ;-)
We can look at the building from the outside Sunday night if you'd like. If everyone likes it, then when I see the inside back area on Monday, if it is acceptable, I will seal the deal.
