Actually, I called her boss yesterday, and very nicely explained the situation...she then, I assume, got in touch with my admissions officer who then called me.
She told me that...VOILA!! She'd found all of my stuff and put it together in a pile...and was going to key it all in and have a decision for me by Friday....
AAANNNDDDD...I also got a phone call today from American Express for an interview on Friday at 4pm...the position offers 12 weeks of paid training (enough time to find another job if I hate it!) and after that base plus commission. I hate sales work, but if it gets me to Tampa, and God wills it...then who am I to complain.
Who has Friday evening free to hang out?
Also...Kat...about that scrap book...can I take you back up on that offer. I think, considering my financial spot, that it might be a good idea...if it's still cool.
