I just got done turning in my resignation at work...and get this...they talked about the possibility of hiring me as an independant contractor to do their training until the new trainer is here and trained. AND they want to me to train the new trainer...AND they want me to train the new Marketing manager....as well as any other incoming employees. So this may turn out to be a great opportunity to get my Independent Contractor type feet wet...
