Well, I think I should let you kow that I'm doing a lot better these
days. I had to go through another arterial by-pass down my left leg,
and this made the blood flow a lot better. This consisted of four more
isisions and a grand total of 67 staples between the our insisions.
One area (up by the family jewels,) had to be accessed again, and this
area had just healed up from before.
The only real drawback was that I had an ulcerated toe, which I was
nursng along. It didn't seem to be all that bad, because the reduced
blood flow was impeading the natural progress.
Once the flow was restored, it uncovered a lot of dead tissue in the
toe. (the one right next to the big toe.) Since this changed what we
should do, we had to amputate the toe.
I just had the sutures (stitches) removed last Friday. The doctor says
I'm healing nicely. The only thng left to do is to space out the time I
take my pain meds as I've been on them for over a month now.
I used o take one every four hours, and now I've spaced them out to five
hours and 45 minutes. I hope I don't become hooked on the pain meds,
I've seen what people have to go through in detox and it's not a pretty
sight.
I'm pretty sick of being in the hospital, and I don't care to go through
that again. Besides their food isn't the best. It ranks a little
higher than the airline's food, but not much better.
I'm feeling a lot better and I'm walking around the house and plan to
sit outside to get my dose of vitamin D from the sun in a little while.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Cool! Thanks for the update! Should I share this with everyone at the church?
Great to hear you are stitchless. Sorry about the toe.
Now you really need to go get a job as an artist. You are too talented to be wasted! :-)

YES!
Definitely thinking, and working to get the equipment, and start a small
air brush business. Been thinking about sport helmets (like batting
helmets and biking helmets), skate boards, and surf boards.
Would like to do some murals, but I think that they're too huge.
I got enough equipment to start, but I wanted to bring some other
talented people for the ride. Everyone that I brought the idea to,
thinks it's great, but won't buy their own gear.
I think that it's just going to be 'me' for a while. If I need help
later on, I can by the gear to let them use.
I'm still on the healing side of things; I can't go too fast--my foot
complains too much. The thing I'm really worried about is getting hooked
on my pain meds. I'm slowly expanding the amount of time between doses.
(I'm at six hours between pills.) I might be worried over nothing, but
there's always that chance.
I've been in and out of the hospital three times for over a month. I'm
worried about a few other things like other medications not getting along
with what I'm already taking.
I'm on blood thinners, and I can't take Asprin, or Ibuprofen or
Naproxen (whatever Naproxen is).
So, yeah, you can share with the church what I've told you. I need as
much help as possible. Thanks for asking.
I'll let you go now, Hope everyones doing fine.
