But I will throw out the first one that comes strongly to mind, Tears for Fears - Head Over Heels - from Songs from the Big Chair (1985), I think it actually brings good and bad memories/feelings meshed together, I don't think they came from first hearing the song, but they became associated with the song in a short period of time; anyway as you might be able to induce from the song's title, the feelings have to do with first love, and coming of age and growing up and all that good or not so good and confusing stuff. But I think looking back now from this far ahead and this far detached, it's all good now:)
My songs are so old probably none of you would even remember them, unless of course they were your parents' favorites, in which case you'd smirk and grimace and guffaw and chortle at my selections. And I am conscienciously opposed to all smirking, grimacing, guffawing, and chortling. It hampers and dampers my frolicking and cavorting.
