Well, I just got my first bad review ever, no raise and 90 days to bring myself up to speed before further action will be taken by my company. I am confused. I have been working in bookstores for over 10 years. It seems silly that this should even be happening, but now I get to look at the reasons why and come up w some kind of plan for changing everything. Please pray for me.
