If the folks at Apple spent half the time improving the actual OS that they spend on its packaging perhaps users wouldn't experience so many crashes. BTW - rebuilding the desktop didn't work for my Mac, so I guess I will have to go out and purchase a disk utility with the hard-earned money I made using my PC...
