Relating to the protest article below on Halloween alternative, I think if the church spent as much effort in loving the lost as whining about bullcrap I think the body of Christ could actually be half relevant to reaching a dying world. I am 36 years old, been in ministry since I was 20 and we still fight the same things. Cry that Billy Graham embraces charismatic churches so we revolt against the crusade ( it is pretty stinkin cool though when a almost 80 year old man quotes Kirk Cobain in his gospel presentation and has enough testoterone to use groups as Jars, Kirk Franklin and Grits in the conservative fundamentalists idiots world, I'm tired, tired of fighting, tired of hearing about the body keep hacking each other, tired of judgement (which I am probably doing, forgive me) going after the homosexual and bagging them constantly (where do we forget about loving the sinner and hating the sin?)
It is so so smart for us to fight the Halloween alternatives and keep our kids form this evil holiday, give me a break, If you want to give the devil that much power, go right ahead, he is defeated,oh I will shut up for now, I am just frustrated in general, pray for me, Jeff
