Nor does anyone want you to be. But I certainly hope you are not reserving your judgment on God being absent in our church or on Ryan, Tim, and I not being children of God. These are the things Raul asserted, and while your judgment is not necessary, it is disturbing that you see some sort of equal
validity here in these two perceptions of truth. You know, Bill, sometimes a person just has to say what they believe is true. This is not being a judge; this is being honest. If you believe God is present and we are indeed His children, then as an Christian man and a person of integrity you should say so. There is no way you can affirm my real faith and God's presence without contradicting Raul's conclusion. Do you actually think there is a possibility you may have been learning about God and religion from a non-believer? Have you really not recognized God's presence in our midst?
For my part, I would never validate anyone's argument who said such things about you.
