I just got back online and it is 6am Tampa time. I have not yet had a chance to research OPA though I will if you want. The OMAS meaning came from Bill it is the technical term for the Friday bight gathering at PU, though earlier on last night i was unaware of what that menat so I searched it out on a geek web crawler and it came up with OMAS the Italian pen site, which ofcourse reminded me of Bill and his articulate nature.
Did you want me to look up OPA ?
