During the week I lost a good friend to an illness, one of my last roomates. I caught the news out of the blue and was just rocked, as you can expect. It is easy for me to understand how I feel about loss though I am having different feelings. I am sad because I am not sure I will see my friend in heaven.
Mister Metal often speaks of having friends that are not Godly. My friend Tim who shares my name sake, was as dark as you could find them. He had a great heart and would help anyone whom needed it, though as with alot of people had serious issues with faith and giving it up to a higher power.
My other roomates and I got him some hardcore Godly discs once and he was slamming out to them, that is until the hard headed mutant stopped to listen to what he was mindlessly bashing his skull to.
I feel loss now because I do not think I will see him again. My querry is have any of you dealt with loss like this. Losing a person whom you consider family, one that is not open to God in their lives, if so how are you dealing or have dealt with it.
I was just wondering.
