Do they have a word for an intellectual who gleans knowledge from others rather than studying?
Apprentice: A beginner; a learner.
Studying: The act or process of studying.
The pursuit of knowledge, as by reading, observation, or research.
Apprenticeship is not usually considered to require actual 'studying', or a book. I'm certain there at least 50 other suitable and beautiful words, but I liked this one!
So, my beautiful QuelQuel, you might be considered an apprentice.
Have a wonderful and blessed day!
