If Nomad has no hands, how do you input the letters in your messages?
Is it a direct electronic signal to the messageboard device?
If so, there should not be a problem sending the signals for arrow and/or enter keys. Obviously this is what you are doing, otherwise your score would not have been 600, it would have been 0.
You have already shown that hands are not required to play by getting a non-zero score. Your claim that it is played with hands must be rejected.
In which case, we are back to the original statement:
"I would expect a machine intelligence like yours to score at least 10,000."
