If this person is in sin then approach that brother private (and it depends on the subject) and have good judgement of about it bring it to the elders of the church and try to sort this thing out before you go public because going public will really escalate this into a level of choosing sides. People are prone to chose sides and start to divide the Body. (Exclamatory: this is from own experiance of what happened to a church I belonged once before)
