True. But people need a method to actualize their good intentions in many cases. It is easy to say "you must do this," but the average person's reply is, "I know, but how?" To give practical and constructive advise about how to begin building relationships is not reducing relationship to a method. I learned to play guitar by rigorous practice for years according to a method, but I assure you my music has not been reduced to a method.
Think about it.
You too have many things in you and in your life that you wish you could change but you don't know how. If someone gave you a workable way to attain your goal, would you throw it away because it wasn't completely spontaneous? That is just silly.
Also, you should consider giving your real name for such a post. That makes your critique seem much more sincere and less subversive.
