Wow! I just spent my first evening in Ryan's new pad. It was kewl. So far he gets along w his roomies Durrell and ? (hawaiian guy?) pretty well. Marcos did a GREAT job helping Ryan decorate the new pad. It's an art gallery that doubles as his bedroom. There is something so neat about it. I like his 'prayer wall'. It's really neat. (I HOPE HE DOESN'T MIND ME SAYING ALL THIS). The first visit was real cool. Although I helped him move in, I had never seen what he and Marcos came up w. What I walked into was magical. Really. And I was happy to see artwork from Chris Kingsford hanging everywhere. Not to mention that a few of my things were popped in there too. It was so neat. It made me want to have an art gallery for all my friends. One of my favorite pics from Chris is on the 'prayer wall' which sits right in front of Ryan's chair. I don't think this as an accident. To me this picture is very special. It shows a heart, a huge heart hanging over a group of unidentifiable people, which I feel reminds me of the 'sea of humanity'. To me this image is a good one to meditate on. When I look at it I am reminded of the great commandment to Love God first and then love our neighbor. Pretty neat. O.K. I'm rambling. The house is sooooo laid out. I love it. I'm very happy for Ryan and hopes that he enjoys many good times here.
