Oh yeah, I was going to say that the first night I visited him was GREAT! We kicked back, him in his chair, me on his fuzzy green bedspread and watched Gene Wilder in WILLY WONKA'S CHOCOLATE FACTOR or whatever tha movie was called. Yeah, the one w the hideous Veruca Salt and the Oompa Loompa guys, you know the ones from Oompa Loompa land who were always getting eaten by Viscious K'nids and such. Well, I enjoyed the movie more than I did as a 10 year old living in Lakewood, Colorado. I was able to appreciate alot of the subtle, dark and biting things in it that I never picked up on as a child. Yeah. My favorite scene was the ending w the Wonkavator floating over England. To me it was like a creative explosion. Also, I liked the quote about WE ARE THE MUSICMAKERS or something like that. That was real good. I'm sure I could look it up online, but I don't want this screen to disappear. Anyway, after that we watched the Tori Amos live TV concert. I had never seen her perform live. She was amazing. Her hands look old and worn, and she has vampire teeth. But she truly is an amazing performer. I'm still waiting to hear what Anne Vaughan sounds like. I heard her sing and play piano once and personally I think she is immensely talented. So, when I saw Tori last night I couldn't get Anne out of my head, and I'm ashamed to say that she has stuff recorderd that I never heard.

So, that was my first night at Ryan's. When I left I wanted to write a novel.

Bill
