So I'm so frustrated with USF.
1. First I send my application, only to receive requests for additional information, which I overnight.
2. Then I don't hear from them for over a month, so I contact them only to find out that they’ve stuck my file in a crypt somewhere and not looked at it. So I ask them to look at it.
3. I call a week later, to have them tell me ‘Oh, we don’t have one of your transcripts” to which I reply much nicer than this but basically “If you have one, you have both, I sent them in together”. So they put me through to someone’s voicemail.
4. 2 days later, they still haven’t called back, so I call again, only to be told that now they do have my second transcript but they need my high school transcript and a copy of my SAT’s, which I over night. (they should be arriving today.)
5. I call today to let her know she should be receiving it…she tells me, Oh, I think we did misplace your second college transcript...but I’m not sure, I’ll have to collect all of your stuff into one place.
5.25 I ask her to call me when she receives the fedex today so I'll know it's there...'ok, I'll call you, what's your phone number?' Now people, please correct me if I'm wrong and I apologize for being grouchy, but isn't it written all over that application?
5.5 I asked her after she gets the stuff today, how much longer until she’ll be able to make a decision as I have quite a bit of stuff (IE Job hunting, moving to Tampa etc) pending on her decision. She says “oh, I don’t know, I’ll still have to key it into the computer and then decide." Then she tells me she'll call me...and basically hangs up...
ARGH!!!! DO YOU HAVE IT OR DON’T YOU? AND FOR PETE'S SAKE, TELL ME ALL AT ONCE SO I WON’T KEEP SPENDING 15 BUCKS A POP TO OVERNIGHT STUFF TO YOU THAT YOU LOSE!!! FRIKIN KILL ME, WOULDJA’?...and I'm trying soooo hard to be nice...I mean for real, the lady sounds like a nice person, and I'm sure she is...but please please please help me, don't make it a more hindered and annoying process than it already is!

who is severely annoyed that now she's worried she'll never make it back to school since some lady can't be organized get her act together...
And special note to Thistle: See, my evil gritch comes out too...and I'm really trying to be nice here...
