Thank you for your kind words. Your encouragement (and that of others here) is always greatly appreciated. Well, over $200 later the plumbing problem is done and I move on to numerous others. But hey, you're right--in the grand scheme of things all these hassles are insignificant. And I do know this, but sometimes I just get really weary and need to vent, i.e. bitch, gripe, moan, whine, complain, etc., in all of which I am far too adept. ;-) Thanks again.
