god calling me to attention perhaps?

ok here is my deal..all those people i have attempted to hang out with/interact with lately have not been able or are too busy..or whatever the case..i am/have been currently shut off from most human contact and my human contact has been at a very broken level.
my comtemplation of it makes me wonder if this is perhaps god's way of gettin my attention.
perhaps i have leaned to man a bit too much..or maybe god wants to do something with me first before i get back into the friendship/hanging out fray. well thats just my thought.
has anyone here dealt with this? meaning have you felt like the lord had at one time shut you out from most if not all human contact for a season and what did you learn from it..and did you see it at firsthand what he was doing?
and if so talk about it and give me your insight please..also your prayers are needed too please. i need all the help i can get. thanks.
