Yet our music video microwave minds will probably watch this fade before us like so many others.
Read text on paper just as much if not more than text on screens. It stays there longer. Also, stop and think about one thing for a long period of time. This is a wonderful exercise. And do not fear, but seek after and romance silence. She will take VERY GOOD care of you. If you get a chance, go sit in an Orthodox or Catholic church as those special environments are created as spaces to elevate our thoughts to Christ. Do not be scared to enter a church by any means. You might be surprised what peace and provision await you. Not because of the building, but because of entering a realm of prayer. Also, cultivate the ability to relate all things to God. It's an amazing exercise to relate things to each other. When we see those connexions, it points to someone though. That is God. Let's not forget the source and summit of our faith, Jesus Christ. Let us use every occasion in our life to focus us on God. May we all rush forward in this active pursuit of God. It's incredibly important. If you need to--fast. If you need to--turn off the tv. Do whatever it takes. Also, do something for your body too. If you are progressing spiritually, keep your body in good shape. Stay active, take walks--they open up your brain.
Love, Bill
