the lack of accuntablity in the church..i find it appaling

i have been a christian for 4 years and have reached my height of intolerance...why?? because of the lack of accountablity of church members for one another...its appaling..it makes me sick..why does it seem to me that the church as a body is so divided...why is there a lack of accountabilty i say this speaking of the church as a whole...i have never been discipled...and its been very discouraging to me...and it does not say much about the church...at times i feel that the church is not about a thing....except getting more members..a numbers game you can say...i have reached out..and have had people tell me that they will be there to hold me accountable..it juss so happens that this is only hot air coming out of their lips..and they dont ever back up all those words they speak...this is a message board so..i am venting...GOD knows my heart..he knows how sincere i am..
