if i ever got any i think i'd get an x on my inner right forearm and a fleur-de-lis on my inner left forearm. Those symbols have multiple meanings for me. And then perhaps I'd get a medicine wheel on my right shoulder. I also like armbands, but frankly, I don't want one on me. That's all I would want to do if I felt so compelled.
