planet Earth locations

I wanted to post something on the message board about locations; like places, cities/towns around
our planet earth, and I want to do it regularly. I would include places from the USA but I don't
want to focus on them, since we're already there. So with that I want to start in North America,
with ST. PIERRE ET MIQUELON.

ST. PIERRE ET MIQUELON are small islands off the coast from the Burin Peninsula of Newfoundland,
Canada, in the North Atlantic Ocean. But they do not belong to Canada, they are a department of
France. St. Pierre is the capital, in the smaller island of the same name, and Miquelon is a much larger island, west and northwest of St. Pierre. (Ok, the rest I'm gonna let links speak for itself).
