Sick as a dog.

Please pray for me, I am feeling really sick. I have a fever of 102, and I can't keep anything down not even water. I can't miss work tomorrow and I have to drive to St. Pete to go to school. This is a bad time to get sick. If my temp goes up or if I can't keep at least some water down in the next hour I will have to go to the ER. I really do not want to do that. Thanks
