you know terry, i have been having some serious doubts about my faith. huge doubts that i have never had before. life altering, they feel like. i'm in deconstruction mode in some senses, i think, maybe. i'm in throw it all away, the baby and the bathwater mode. i'm in, "i hate everything i've ever believed" mode. or something. i feel a little like the fabric of everything i was ever told about is just plain sh*t. just plain unreal, illusory, fading fast. i have felt like posting some bill rogers style Big Doubt posts. you know, This Is Me Throwing It All Away, or, This Is Me With Nothing Left. but i haven't had time.
then i see this email from you and i am spontaneously praying for you. and i am leaning into it, like a guy on a catamaran leaning around the wind.
